The design process is three-fold that takes the project from conception to completed drawings ready for construction.

1. The Discovery Phase – this sets the scope of project, footprint, rooflines, staircases, general layout of interiors and general geometric shape of the project. If there are variances needed on the project we work on getting them in this phase.

2. Schematic Phase – this is very client interactive and when all the creativity happens. This phase is fun and exciting as we design the small details and start thinking about material selections.

3. Construction Drawings Phase – ┬áThis is when the details are spend on the computer as documents are created for the contractor and city permitting.
