Last September we started designing this new ice cream shop for on The Nubble in York, Maine. A year later, it has had a successful summer season and is ready for a photo shoot. We’ll be submitting the photos to some magazines because the story and building are just that good! (Not to mention the ice cream.)
We had an opportunity and great pleasure to design Dunne’s Ice Cream as well as design the landscapes. Steve Dunne is an amazing business man who loves to bring happiness to his customers by selling delicious ice cream. He also cared greatly about how the design of the building and how landscaping looked on the lot, especially with an opportunity to take advantage of a view of the Nubble Lighthouse.
